Margaret has been a licensed realtor since 1979. She was named 1st Place Real Estate Agent by the Readers of the Gaylord Herald Times in the Best of the Best. In fact for the last five years they have made the best of the best list. Previous to being a real estate agent she was a personal assistant to John Koske, the Owner and Broker of KOSKE REALTY Co. Margaret graduated from Wayne State University, with a degree in Elementary Education. She taught school for 10 years. Then discovered that real estate was her passion. John Koske

John Koske is the owner and broker of Koske Realty Co. He has been a licensed realtor for over 45 years. John graduated from Gaylord High School. In sports he was a track star. After serving in the army he worked at General Motors, Chrysler, Food Fair, Tasty Bread, Page & Cox Egg Plant, a funeral home, construction, and also as a waiter. He attended Henry Ford Community College and graduated from the Detroit School of Real Estate and Gabriel Richard Institute. He graduated from Mercy College for his real estate brokerage. John was born and raised on a farm and can operate and repair farm equipment. He enjoys hunting, fishing, gardening, excavating, developing land, building roads and traveling. He found his niche in the real estate business and enjoys helping people fulfill their dreams. John is very conscientious in his work. He has the knowledge, background and experience to serve the public well. Koske Realty Co. has been voted number one, Best of the Best real estate agent and office several times.
